CEO / Principal Consultant

Marnée Morgan is the Principal Consultant with Morgan Graves Consultants (MGC), LLC. The MGC
team offers services and business development solutions for both local and national-based organizations. As the “missing piece to your business solutions”, the MGC team will identify the gaps, and develop strategies that influence growth and productivity.

Marnée earned her Master of Business Management, with a concentration in Leadership and Business Development from National Louis University of Chicago, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fontbonne University of St. Louis, MO. Ms. Morgan has a certification in Leadership & Organizational Development (MACA) from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Marnée has 10+ years’ program and professional development programs, in the health, education, non-profit, business, and private sector, with expertise in fostering relationships with communities of color, development of community engagement strategies, and development of community-based partnerships. In a Regional capacity for the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services, Marnée facilitated capacity building, partnerships, and geographic service teams, and engage local and state community leaders, stakeholders, and legislators, along with providing the leadership for achieving the targeted health initiatives.

As a visionary leader that spans more than 10 years, Marnée has successful outcomes with cross-functional
teams, organizational development, change management, program development, strategic planning, human resource management, and project management. Marnée is results oriented, with proven performance in the development and implementation of strategies and process planning to ensure objectives and timelines are achieved. Marnée is an expert team and partnership facilitator and advisor, with a proven track record for developing partnerships and building teams to strengthen, expand and exceed performance goals, while resolving multiple and complex issues, with keen analytical and planning skills. Marnée will efficiently identify and develop process improvements – to generate positive outcomes, and she has superior negotiating, interpersonal skills, and provider relations skills Marnée serves on the boards with The OML Project, and The Sickle Cell Association of St. Louis, MO, and has garnered several awards and recognition for her work and advocacy work on behalf of the community. As a community engagement specialist, and “bridge builder”, Marnée has facilitated the development of community partnerships, managed the funding for youth development programs, and developed successful sustainability plans. Marnée also served as the principal and Executive Director for the development of the Calvary Community Development Corporation (CCDC) of
St. Louis, MO, which also included the acquisition of the 501c3 non-profit designation.

Marnée will offer management and support for the development and implementation of leadership training, strategic goals, community engagement, quality improvement, and program design strategies. Morgan Graves Consultants, LLC is a certified minority owned and operated company.

Dionne Goatley

Dionne Goatley

Dionne Goatley supports MGC, LLC as a Business Execution Manager. In her 21+ year career and as a veteran in the financial service-related industry, she has created and managed digital content to foster relationships between organizations, individual and vendor relationships. Dionne is proficient data management systems, liaison collaboration, training, client service, communication, and all areas of leadership and administration.

Joe Roeder

Joe Roeder

Joe Roeder serves as a Project Assistant for Morgan Graves Consultants. He is a policy enthusiast with a passion for social justice, equitable economic development, and drug decriminalization. Joe has a Masters in Social Work and a Masters of Social Policy from the Brown School at Washington University. His policy analysis skills, alongside research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills, are assets he shares with Morgan Graves Consultants in serving you.

Breanna Barker

Breanna Barker

Breanna is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a minor in Social Justice. Breanna is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Her concentration is children, youth, and families with a specialization in management. Breanna supports MGC as Project Manager with business development and strategic direction, policy & procedures, and special projects.

Loveleen Multani

Loveleen Multani

Loveleen is a Program Assistant, with more than five years administrative, education, social services, and graphic design experience. Loveleen is a graduate of Wayne State University, with a degree in Social Work and Specialization Policy. Loveleen has work for MGC for the past year, while completing her graduate studies with the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University of St. Louis, MO.

Charisse Moore

Charisse Moore

Charisse works as a Project Assistant for MGC, and MGC business partners including, M.W.R Consulting of St. Louis. She has more than 10 years of social service, research, youth development, and administrative experience. Charisse is a Masters graduate of the Brown School of Social Work, and she is dedicated and results-driven, with a focus on advocacy, education, and socioeconomic development on an international level. She is also qualified in building relationships, teaching, and service-based leadership.

Ifeoluwa Albert

Ifeoluwa Albert

Ife works as a Project Assistant for MGC, and MGC business partners including, M.W.R Consulting of St. Louis. Ife is a graduate of Fisk University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and a current Public Health graduate student of the Brown School at Washington University of St. Louis, MO. Ife supports MGC with developing proposals, strategic plans, sustainability plans, logic models and evaluation reports. Ife also develops outlines for employee coaching, customer service training and diversity training seminars.

Shakira Onwuachi

Shakira Onwuachi

Shakira is the Program Manager and the newest member of the MGC team. Shakira is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, with a degree in Psychology, and a minor in Sociology. Shakira is completing her graduate degree in Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Shakira has 10+ years’ experience working with children, youth, and young adults. Shakira’s role with MGC will involve all facets of project development, facilitation of training, and administration.
