How we ELEVATE… then and now.

The Elevate Conference, founded by Marnée Morgan, CEO & Principle Consultant of Morgan Graves Consultants, derives from a vision for an annual “elevate” theme designed to support, empower, inform, and create a “Call to Action” for the St. Louis community, region, and beyond.

In 2020
The Elevate Conference presented a better understanding of historical and current causes of the racial wealth gap and its impacts.  Attendees were able to identify relevant ways to personally grow wealth, and collectively help close the racial wealth gap.  Through intentional networking and engagement, attendees and speakers connected and developed partnerships to advance the black community and close the racial wealth gap.

In 2021
The Conference Planning Committee, comprised of St. Louis area physicians, community leaders, providers, and advocates for the improvement of health within the black community, delivered a comprehensive conference central to St. Louis communities. The 2021 conference represented the ongoing and persistent health issues that plague our communities who face insurmountable challenges with access to health care, education, resources, and an overall sense of hopelessness, complacency, and acceptance of living with HIV-AIDS, diabetes, hypertension, and many, many, more health challenges, for which our community has the highest indicators.

In 2022
There was much in store as we took steps to bring awareness to WAKE UP FOR CHANGE!  Our 2022 call to action stated ENOUGH…  END GUN VIOLENCE!  We had a host of exciting expos, speakers and features on Friday along with fun events on our agenda for Saturday such as Bounce Houses, Snow Cones, Food Trucks, a DJ, a Band, Karate Demonstrations, Fitness Demonstrations, Double Dutch, a Firefighters Demo and more!
