In October 2018, Morgan Graves Consultants, LLC was awarded their first city government contract with the City of St. Louis Lambert International Airport, for the ACI-ASQ Surveyor’s project. The project involves surveying airline customers on their experience from their entry to the Lambert International Airport complex, to the departing gate for their flights.
The MGC team that supports the Airport Surveyor project include: Sandra Saunders – Supervisor, William “Bill” Jackson -Surveyor, Louise “Delle” Jackson-Surveyor, and Philandus Phillips-Bass – Surveyor.
